Kathleen McGuigan is Managing Director, Client Services at Oberfeld Snowcap, where she leads a team focused on retail strategy and development planning. With over a decade at Oberfeld Snowcap and deep expertise in both the Canadian and U.S. markets, she advises national and international clients across sectors including optical, fashion, footwear, food & beverage, and cosmetics.

Kathleen is known for her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business objectives into actionable real estate solutions—from concept to execution. A dedicated team leader, she’s committed to mentoring emerging talent and delivering measurable value to clients.

Beyond her role at Oberfeld Snowcap, Kathleen is actively involved in the industry. She served as ICSC Provincial Retail Chair (2016–2018), is a current member of the ICSC Local Montreal Committee, and is part of the 2024–2026 ICSC Leadership Cohort.
