Harley Oberfeld has served as Chief Executive Officer of Oberfeld Snowcap since 2002, Canada’s leading commercial real estate advisory firm for retailers and has been with the company for 35 years. With his team of experts at the helm dedicated to supporting our clients and focused on value-add advisory services, Harley brings invaluable leadership and vision guiding the firm’s business strategies into the future coupled with a lifelong commitment to the industry.

Harley has previously served as Retail Chairman for the Canadian Executive Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) as well as being an active member of the retail industry. A mentor to his team, Harley’s vast experience, educational background and industry expertise can be counted on to bring Oberfeld Snowcap into the future.

As a community leader, Harley is involved in various charitable fundraising activities and community service with a special focus on Alzheimer’s disease.
