Kathleen McGuigan is Managing Director Client Services, Montreal with Oberfeld Snowcap, joining the firm in 2013. Growing up in a family of five generations of real estate professionals, Kathleen’s passion for the industry was inevitable. In her 8 years with Oberfeld Snowcap, Kathleen has developed a unique expertise of translating business strategy into real estate solutions for clients which include national and international brands.

Kathleen brings an invaluable amount of leadership, marketing background and expertise in providing innovative real estate solutions. With her attention to detail and unrivalled level of service she is leading our next generation of talent.

Kathleen sat as Provincial Retail Chair for ICSC from 2016 to 2018 and remains an active member of the organization today and within the community.
