Stephen Woodward

Stephen Woodward joined our firm in November 2022 in the role of Director, Client Services, Western Canada, based out of our Vancouver office. Stephen brings ten years of experience in office & retail leasing and deal negotiation across Canada and the United States. He is committed to maximizing authentic and professional relationships with the firm’s clients while executing on our day to day leasing assignments out West. Stephen previously worked at Bailey Nelson as Director of retail leasing (Canada & UK) and previously held the position of real estate Manager (Western Canada) at Canadian Tire Corporation.
