Jay Freedman is Executive Vice President at Oberfeld Snowcap, where he is responsible for Client Relations and New Business Development, specializing in tenant representation.

Jay’s career at Oberfeld Snowcap spans more than a decade. Jay started his career with Oberfeld as an Account Executive in our Montreal office and has grown over the years into his current Executive role. Prior to joining Oberfeld Snowcap Jay worked in industrial leasing, office leasing and property Management. Based in Toronto, Jay and the team have partnered with numerous premier retail brands on their real estate strategy and expansion plans across the country and have developed many first to market launches for new concepts. Jay’s robust experience and background in Client Portfolio Optimization, Bankruptcy Restructurings and retail strategies has created a pathway to success for many retailers.
