Jay Freedman

Jay Freedman is President of Oberfeld Snowcap and is responsible for all of our client-focused divisions.  With the consolidated management of strategic decision-making and growth leadership of all these service offerings under Jay, Oberfeld Snowcap is positioned with the dedicated focus and strength of success to increase value and benefit for our clients as well as for our team members.

Jay joined Oberfeld Snowcap at our Montreal office in February 2010 as an Associate, client services and from the start demonstrated a high level of excellence in servicing and focusing on clients’ business needs.  Moving to Toronto in 2012, Jay was appointed to the position of Vice President Client Services in 2015 and as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Client Relations in 2019.

Today Jay’s expertise guides Oberfeld Snowcap’s ability to continue growing and expanding its existing and new service offerings.
