David Garbuz

David joined the Oberfeld Snowcap team in Toronto in 2013 and currently serves as Vice President, Client Services and Real Estate Sales Representative. In this role, he leads the growth and expansion strategies for national and international retailers, with a focus on the fashion, footwear, and jewelry sectors.

A graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business (HBA), David combines a strong foundation in quantitative analysis with strategic thinking and a creative, solutions-oriented approach. His ability to deliver customized, results-driven strategies has made him a valued partner for clients navigating Canada’s evolving retail landscape.

Beyond his contributions to Oberfeld Snowcap’s continued success, David is actively involved in charitable initiatives and community engagement. He was recently selected for ICSC’s prestigious Next Generation Leadership cohort, representing one of the few Canadians chosen to help shape the future of the retail real estate industry in North America.
