Stephen joined the firm in 2021 and currently holds the position of Senior Director, Client Services/Real Estate Sales Representative, Toronto. He brings more than 20 years of experience to our team coupled with in-depth knowledge of the industry, including both enclosed malls/open air centres and street front retail.
He is passionate in supporting our clients at all stages of their real estate projects, unlocking the full potential of their retail initiatives and key goals. Prior to joining Oberfeld Snowcap, Stephen held senior leasing positions at Canada’s largest REITS, namely First Capital and Crombie
