En 1992, le centre commercial conna\u00eetra son apog\u00e9e avec sa derni\u00e8re \u00e9volution : le m\u00e9ga-centre commercial. Le Quartier Dix30 sur la Rive-Sud de Montr\u00e9al avec sa combinaison de commerce de d\u00e9tail, de restauration et de divertissement continue d&#8217;attirer de nouvelles marques et de nouveaux clients. Les centres commerciaux qui attirent de nouvelles et passionnantes marques directes aux consommateurs comme Hudson Yards r\u00e9inventeront l\u2019assortiment isol\u00e9 de locataires de marques de vente au d\u00e9tail \u00e0 un m\u00e9lange de DVC et de services \u00e0 usage mixte pour palier \u00e0 la perte du grand magasin phare.<\/p>\n<p>Les centres commerciaux qui ont pris du retard dans la transformation num\u00e9rique exp\u00e9rimenteront pour cr\u00e9er leurs propres plates-formes de d\u00e9couverte de march\u00e9 num\u00e9rique pour leurs locataires afin d&#8217;offrir une commodit\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs clients et pour fusionner les univers li\u00e9s aux achats en ligne et hors ligne. De plus en plus, les magasins deviennent hybrides et jouent un r\u00f4le plus actif dans le soutien des commandes en ligne.
