Oberfeld Snowcap’s mission is to provide our clients with innovative real estate advisory services that deliver profitability and global brand value.

About Us

Oberfeld Enterprises Inc., originally founded in 1979 by Ted Oberfeld merged in 2001 with Snowcap Investments (founded in 1978 by the late Seymore Obront), to create Canada’s leading tenant representation firm, Oberfeld Snowcap. Both Ted Oberfeld and Seymore Obront were the pioneers in the creation of the tenant representation business in Canada. Today, Oberfeld Snowcap represents premium local, national and international brands across the country. As Canada’s leading tenant representation firm and with our team of seasoned professionals, we have a unique understanding of the country’s commercial real estate industry and an expertise that is second to none.

A strong presence in the industry for over thirty years and an active player on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) at the regional and executive levels, Oberfeld Snowcap has become the epicenter of Canadian retail real estate. Thanks to our solid and long-standing network, we are able to play an instrumental role in building client development plans and strategies. This, coupled with our collaborative relationship with landlords and developers, gives us the capacity to see and create opportunities for our clients.
