Demetri brings with him over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and franchise development for a number of renowned Canadian brands, including senior roles in operations, marketing and brand leadership. His long association with the Restaurant industry brings an additional dimension to the overall services platform offered by the Oberfeld Snowcap Real Estate Services division.

“I am exceptionally pleased to welcome Mr. Tsigos on board,” mentions Jim Murdoch, President, Real Estate Services,Canada. “Demetri will be providing executive level advisory services as they pertain to our clients’ organizational, operational and marketing initiatives,” adds Mr. Murdoch.

Prior to joining Oberfeld Snowcap, Demetri was Chief Operating Officer for Baton Rouge Restaurants Canada. Mr. Tsigos has also held various senior positions, such as Senior Director of Development and Network Expansion, VP Operations and Franchise Development for Scores Restaurants Canada, as well as Vice-President Operations for Mikes Restaurants.

Demetri will be working out of Oberfeld Snowcap’s Montreal office.

Prior to joining Oberfeld Snowcap, Mr. Weinberg held the position of Broker of Record and was the owner of HWC Realty Limited, where he worked with such world renowned retailers as Starbucks, Second Cup, Loblaw’s, McDonald’s and many others.

Robert Weinberg will be working out of Oberfeld Snowcap’s Toronto office.

Prior to joining Oberfeld Snowcap’s Real Estate Services team, Darren held the positions of Director, Retail Leasing Services at Nilexx Real Estate Services and Associate at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Quayle commenced his career in retail operations in 1989, evolving to hold senior positions within both the Forzani Group and Home Depot.

“Darren has a great reputation in our industry,” notes Doug Stone, Managing Director, Real Estate Services, Western Canada. “The combination of his retail and real estate backgrounds gives him the ability to understand the complex business needs for both the Landlord and the Tenant,” adds Mr. Stone.

In a continued effort to enhance their service offerings across Canada, Oberfeld Snowcap announced today that Paul Raimundo will be joining their team as Vice-President, Real Estate Services, Edmonton. In his role, Paul will be in charge of overall business development and daily operations for the Edmonton office of the Real Estate Services division.

Paul will be working alongside and reporting to Doug Stone, Managing Director, Real Estate Services, Western Canada.

Prior to joining Oberfeld Snowcap Real Estate Services division, Mr. Raimundo was a Partner, Retail Leasing & Sales at DTZ Barnicke Edmonton. Paul has also held various executive positions with Cameron Development Corp. and Colliers International.

Oberfeld Snowcap proudly announces the appointment of Chris Tarrant as Managing Director, Real Estate Services, Central Canada. In this new role, Mr. Tarrant will be responsible for daily operations and overall development of the newly formed division in Central Canada.
